As a chiropractor by nature, Dr. Dominguez acknowledges the presumption that a higher power made the body in all its complexity and as such this power heals the body if interference is removed from the main circuitry, the nervous system which is housed within the spine.

Dr. Dominguez is trained in removing these interference and employs physiotherapeutic modalities as a means to provide pain relief to muscles prior to correcting and misalignments.

In addition, if treatment does not provide the goal , Dr. Genia will refer to specialist who may be needed to compliment her treatment plan.
